Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original anti-static bags and protective boxes to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the components to ensure they are in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
